EcoVadis Bronze Medal marks key step in our sustainability journey
A milestone on our sustainability journey as we have been awarded a Bronze medal by EcoVadis, one of the most trusted platforms for business sustainability ratings. This recognition places us in the top 35 percent of all companies assessed by EcoVadis and reflects the progress we’re making across environmental, ethical, and social responsibility.
While we value this achievement, we also see it as a starting point. The Bronze medal signals progress, not perfection, and we are more motivated than ever to keep improving.
What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform used by over 130,000 businesses in more than 180 countries. It evaluates how well companies manage sustainability across their operations and supply chains.
The assessment focuses on four key themes:
- Environment: Energy use, emissions, resource management, and environmental impact
- Labor & Human Rights: Worker protection, health and safety, diversity, and working conditions
- Ethics: Integrity, anti-corruption, and responsible business practices
- Sustainable Procurement: Supplier sustainability and risk management
What the Bronze medal means for us
At Royal Ingredients Group, this Bronze medal represents a company-wide effort to embed sustainability deeper into our way of working. It confirms that we have taken meaningful steps across all four EcoVadis categories.
This recognition also gives us a clear direction for what comes next. EcoVadis not only evaluates performance but also provides insights that help companies improve. We’re already using our assessment results to strengthen our policies, work more closely with partners, and make data-informed decisions that drive lasting impact.
