Connecting with the pet food industry

At Petfood Forum in Kansas City, Ian Poole and Martin Karel represented Royal Ingredients. The event brought together pet food producers, ingredient specialists and other industry professionals from across the market. It was a good opportunity to meet existing contacts, make new connections and discuss ingredient needs and developments within pet food.

A few weeks later, the team continued in Nuremberg for Interzoo 2026. Ian Poole, Remco de Boer, Guido Sandberg and Robert Groot represented Royal Ingredients at the Cefetra Group stand.

Royal Ingredients joined colleagues from several Cefetra Group companies, including Tracomex, Cefetra, Cefetra Feed Service, Cefetra Ltd and Cefetra Ibérica. This created a broad meeting point for customers, partners and other professionals working across the international pet food and animal nutrition markets.

For Royal Ingredients, both events provided valuable opportunities to speak directly with the industry about ingredient applications, market developments and the practical requirements of pet food producers.
